'Broken lid / Damaged bottle Sent'
100% to L'Oreal and this amazing product. Gives hair a nice volume with no shine. This will be my last order with my salon there customer service is disgraceful! Bottle was packed with a broken unusable lid and dent in bottle. $40 mousse I did not order seconds. The lid is needed to cover the bottle for travelling. Customer would not even send a new lid out.
